Gloria is new to our office, but has 10 years of experience with insurance coordination. She was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX before moving here with her family in 2010. She currently lives in Maynardville with her husband Miguel, son Alex (13), and daughter Viviana (8). Gloria also has 2 pitbulls, Rocky and Camelia, who are spoiled rotten! When she’s not at the office, she can often be found caring for her farm, where she has 2 goats, 8 sheep, and a flock of hens, roosters, and chicks.
Morgan Abell is ready to greet you at our front desk with a smile. She lives just around the corner from our office and graduated from the L&N STEM Academy in 2015 as part of the inaugural class. Morgan is an avid knitter, and you can rarely find her without an active project.
Kayla Smith, BSN, RN
Kayla Smith lives in Maryville, Tennessee with her husband Dustin, daughter Brooklyn, and son Eli. Kayla is a Registered Nurse with years of oral surgery experience as well as extensive hospital experience to include the ICU. We are thrilled to have her knowledge and expertise as our Clinical Supervisor. Kayla stays busy with her family and her dog, Cooper.
Registered Dental Assistant
Courtney Archibald moved to Knoxville, Tennessee from Florida in 2017 with her husband and daughters Madison and Braelyn. Shortly after moving here, she had a son, Parker Jr. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and stays busy helping Dr. Eisenberg in all areas of the office. When she isn’t working at KCOMS she is busy with her family exploring new places, traveling, and baking.
Kathryn Helton is our Administratie Assistant and is the first person to greet you as you enter our office. Kathryn received her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Information, Knoxville, TN, in May 2005. The majored in journalism and electronic media with a concentration in television news. She has 30 years of dance training including Russian instruction and 20 years of dance teaching experience including Purlight Dance Ministries. Kathryn lives in Knoxville, TN with her husband and son Noah.
