Minimally Invasive Skin Tightening for the Face and Neck
If you’d like to lift, tighten, and smooth the skin of the lower face, jowls, and neck, but you’re not ready for a traditional face or neck lift, EmbraceRF could be the answer. The procedure is a combination of three treatments: FaceTite™, liposuction, and Morpheus8. Dr. Eisenberg is able to achieve exceptional, lasting results and target multiple signs of aging that, in the past, would have required surgery to correct. What is EmbraceRF?
As we age, the skin loses elasticity and sagging can occur. You might notice deepening lines and folds around the nose and mouth, visible jowls, and fullness under the chin. EmbraceRF is a revolutionary approach to combat these issues in patients who don’t want a traditional facelift or neck lift.
EmbraceRF is different from other procedures because it’s minimally invasive and only requires three very small, discreet incisions. It uses three different treatments to tighten the skin, restore contours, improve skin texture, and reduce subdermal fat in the lower face, jowls, and neck.
The procedure involves:

Benefits of EmbraceRF

Minimally Invasive
This minimally invasive skin tightening treatment works on all skin tones and types. It’s performed under light sedation with only three, discreet incisions.

Tightens and Lifts Skin
By remodeling the skin and tissue of the lower face, jowls, and neck, and reducing subdermal fat, EmbraceRF gives you firmer, smoother, younger looking skin, making it an ideal neck and facelift alternative.

Lasting Results
Results can be seen immediately and then, again, at six weeks once swelling subsides. Final results will be evident by six months and will last for years.

Treatment Considerations
When you have a consultation with Dr. Eisenberg to learn more about treatment with EmbraceRF in Knoxville, TN, she’ll talk with you about your aesthetic goals and evaluate your areas of concern. This will allow her to determine if EmbraceRF is the best treatment option for your needs. If it is, she’ll develop a personalized plan to get the outcome you desire.
The minimally invasive procedure is performed under light sedation and with a local anesthetic. There will be no discomfort during the procedure. Dr. Eisenberg will make three small incisions in discreet skin folds. First, FaceTite will be used. A thin metal probe will be inserted beneath the skin. At the same time, Dr. Eisenberg will pass an electrode over the skin to create a contained, electrical field that heats the tissue. This is what causes the skin and tissue to contract and the fat to melt.
When FaceTite treatment is complete, Dr. Eisenberg will perform liposuction. The emulsified fat, as well as the tumescent solution that was used to numb the area, will be removed.
Finally, Dr. Eisenberg will use our Morpheus8 device on the treatment areas. Morpheus8 relies on microneedling to make small puncture wounds in skin in order to stimulate the body’s natural healing response and improve skin’s texture and elasticity. The needles simultaneously deliver RF energy.
You’ll see results from Embrace RF treatment immediately. Because the RF energy used with FaceTite and Morpheus8 causes swelling that produces collagen and elastin, you’ll notice even more significant improvement at six weeks when the swelling subsides. Final results will be evident by six months. Downtime is about one to three weeks with swelling lasting up to six weeks.
